Assessment plan

• direct observation and case discussion using informal multi-source feedback data
• Form 1
• type of observer: consultant physician, off-service resident, nurse, RT, social worker, addictions worker, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, home care coordinator, ECG techs, paramedics, other healthcare worker

collect 10 observations of achievement

• at least 5 informed by direct input from a non-physician member of the health care team with a knowledge of emergency department function (input must be documented in the narrative section)
