Urostomy
Ileal conduit, also known as urostomy, is the most common urinary diversion necessary when the bladder must be removed or bypassed, per NSWOCC_Guide_to_Living_with_an_Ileal_Conduit_2022_edition, page 4.

Ileostomy
Ileostomy is to separate a section of the small intestine and divert it out onto the surface of the abdomen through an opening called stoma, and a pouching system is applied over the stoma to contain the stool and gas per NSWOCC_Guide_to_Living_with_an_Ileostomy_2022_edition, page 5.

- Previous customer service experience (5 years)

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and connect with customers by offering assistance, sharing product suggestions and additional store-related information
- Fit clients in compression garments and mastectomy products with compassion and care
- Perform administrative duties such as booking appointments, inventory ordering and shipping and receiving.
